His Purpose In Life [FICTOID]
In a flash he saw the love of his life playing miniature golf in New Jersey.
What did she look like? She had hair, eyes, a nose, and a mouth. Standard issue two arms / legs.
What she looked like didn't matter when iota; he knew at that instant she was meant for him and he for her.
She wore sandals and a jumper and struggled with the oversized putter to sink the ball in the hole. She was six years old.
Before you go “Ewww!” know this: He was six years old, too, and he saw her from California.
Not so much a remote viewing experience, not so much religious vision, just the sudden abrupt realization she existed and she would await his arrival. All he needed to do was mature and come for her.
He knew she liked animals, so he knew he would need to like them, too. He knew she liked to dance, so he better learn. He knew she wanted to be heard, but when you heard her out she'd listened to reason, and if he stayed flexible with her, she'd stay flexible with him.
He knew they were a matched set, born apart destined to find each other.
All this in less than a second of blinding / binding / bonding realization, leaving nothing but the memory seared in his soul.
Nothing real but realer than reality itself.
He was six years old. He lived thousands of miles from her. It would take him decades to reach her, to be worthy of her.
But he would.
The Chinese say the journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step.
He put his best foot forward, destination assured.
All he needed to know was that she existed.
