“Flatten them?”

“All of them?”

“All of them.”

“You do realize the country is almost entirely mountains, don’t you?”

“I do.”

“And you don’t care.”

“I do care.  I care enough that I want you to flatten all the mountains in Norway.”

“Where will we put the dirt and debris?”

“Throw it in the fjords.”

“Two things Norway is renown for are its mountains and its fjords.”

“Perfect.  One problem solves the other.”

“What about Sweden?  They border us.”

“I’m only interested in flattening Norwegian mountains.  Stop digging when you reach Sweden.”

“So you want the entire country leveled flat, surrounded by either ocean or mile high cliffs.”

“Yes, that’s the idea.  Hop to it.”

“Any particular reason why you want to do this?”

“I’m a baron.  I don’t need a reason for anything.”
