a rainbow over hell (poem)

above the gates of hell
are inscribed these words

ALL HOPE ABANDON
YE WHO ENTER HERE

and the poor dim
damned doomed souls
believe this lie
from the father of all lies
and trudge inside
eyes down cast
never looking up 

fools!
over hell arcs a rainbow
pure brilliant colors bending down
to illuminate
the way out
all the inhabitants of hell
need to do
is look up
to find their salvation 

all the inhabitants
even satan himself
